Refund policy

We understand that there may be situations where you are not satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, we offer a return policy with a withdrawal period of 30 days after receipt of the product.

If you wish to return a product for a refund, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it and in the original packaging. If the product is damaged or used, we reserve the right to refuse the return request.

You can request a return by contacting us via our contact form or by e-mail. We will then provide you with instructions on how to return the product and process the refund.

Please note that the shipping costs to Asia for returning the product must be paid by you, unless the product is defective. In this case, we will refund the shipping costs.

We will endeavor to process the refund as quickly as possible, however it may take up to 10 working days for the amount to be credited to your account depending on the payment method you used.
